Hi, i would like to inquire the owners of  Tax Declaration No. 39-0001-03231,  lot no. 2131, PIN043-39-003-002-028, located in Barangay Argawanon, Municipality of  San Remegio, Cebu.  I am Karen Alfinda and interested to purchase the property. I would like to verify validity of said Tax Declaration before signing the Earnest Money Agreement,  DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, Conditional Sale, Memorandum of Agreement, Acknowledgment Receipt, Special Power of Attorney, and/or any document necessary to partition & sale of a said parcel of land. Response to Request

Please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality of  San Remegio, Province of Cebu and request for a Tax Declaration No. 39-0001-03231 or any other tax declaration that pertains to a parcel of land which you owned.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
