Hi, I would like to inquire about a land property TCT of this Housing Prayer Mountain in Brgy San Jose, Antipolo Rizal along Marcos Highway.

They said that the Mother Title is to be released this February because it came from MATURED CLOA (Agriland) They claim they have a license to operate and they gave a TAX DEC # AP-003-20255

They also said HLURB license will be released too this February but they start operating last August 2022
