Hi,

We would like to request from your office for a certification of no title over Lot No. 5686, located at Barangay Agus, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Province. We tried requesting it from the Register of Deeds in Lapu-Lapu City, but they said that they can no longer issue such certification and that only LRA-Manila can issue it. Hence, I am sending this request.

I hope you can assist us on how to go about securing such Certification and if there is a way to do it online.
