The family wants to avail the Estate Tax Amnesty but because I found out that there was no record of title. The famiky need to apply for reconstitution of title. To process on filling an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate. Here is the certificate of NO RECORD I requested last year po.

I already submitted this to the Reconstitution Division through their Officer of the Day, unfortunately, until now no feedback yet from their division, maybe they are still checking this up to now, you may follow up directly at 0919-455-4922 or you may send an e-mail to lra.reconstitution@gmail.com.
