Kindly coordinate with the municipality that has jurisdiction in that area.

Please note that if there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.
