I'm Alyssa Abordo, in behalf of my aunt, I want to request the following documents to know if there's a right of way included in the lot/land property. 

1. Copy of Original Certificate of Title of no. 0602015027989
2. Blueprint copy of the same property with OCT no. 242

Your Request

You asked for Copy of Original Certificate of Title and Blueprint copy of the same property.

Response to Request

Your concern can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

In case you would want to know its history, kindly visit the Register of Deeds where the property is located (viewing the attachments/necessary documents used in the Transfer Certificate of Title). In case of no record/s found, you may request it at the National Archives (if they still have a copy). Use the details of the title annotation to trace it.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
