Good day po!
Gusto ko lang pong ma verify kung ligitimate ang tax declaration.  Wala po kasing maipakita na land title ang seller. Maam tanong kulang po, sabi ng seller wala daw silang License to Sell dahil tax dec lang daw ang hawak nila. Ang LTS daw is only applied to land na nka titled, tama po ba ang sabi nya? Then agri land po nka lagay sa tax dec, ang project po ng developer was make it as subdivision. Maam please help me verify the existence of the project na simulan na po kasi namin ang payment.

You asked for Tax Declaration No. GRC6-11-075-00312.

Response to Request

Tax Declarations are issued by Assessor's Office. Hence, you only need to go to the Municipality where the properties could be found. Then proceed to the Assessor's Office and request for an updated Tax Declaration of the subject property.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
