Good afternoon.
I would like to request for a copy of Deed of Absolute Sale executed on May 11, 1959 by Antonio A. Pilar in favor of Pedro M. Muerong of one parcel of residential land situated in the poblacion of Daet, province of Camarines Norte. The said residential lot with an area of 15 m. x  40 m. is referred to as Lot No. 29 , bounded on the North by Callejon Francia Street; on the East by Bartolome Reyes; on the South by Mabulao Creek; and on the West by Sevilla.
Said Deed of Absolute Sale had an Entry No.  30049 Page 211
