I would like to seek assistance in following up the status of the petition for administrative reconstitution of a certain Transfer Certificate Title covered by Registry of Deeds Ilagan City, Isabela which building was burned sometime in 2016.

Registered Owner: Rufino L. Paloso, III
Property Location: Dicatian, Divilacan, Isabela
