Hi! I would like to know if the validation process of TCT T-18149 Casareno & Casanova was already started. 

We bought the land and upon processing the transferring of the title, we found out from the RD that the land title was not verified. 

The RD issued us the title history and advised us to inquire if the a validation process was already started so we could continue it since the original owners are deceased and their heirs, whom we bought the property from, migrated in the USA.
