Response to Request

For the Lot Data Computation, it depends on where the plan was approved. If your plan was approved by LRC/LRA, kindly request a copy at window 14, LRA One-Stop-Shop. If not, kindly request a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
