Hi. Good morning!

I would like to ask if what is the latest cadastral map being used by the assessor's office and the zoning office? I am trying to locate a parcel of land here in Muntinlupa. How do I get a hold of a copy of the updated map? If it is possible to get a hold of one, can you give me advice on this matter:
Is it possible to ask for a zoning clearance if the only document I have is a tax declaration? I neither have an Original Certificate of Title nor a Transfer Certificate of Title because in the copy of the cadastral map being used by the city offices my land cannot be located.

You can request CADASTRAL MAP at DENR. Kindly secure a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
