Hi, I would like to request for above data for the lot covered by TCT No 142-2019001230 situated at the barrio of Poblacion, Municipality of Panabo Davao Del Norte under the name of Julieta P Molina. 

This is for the purpose of issuance of Deed of Sale by the owner and to transfer ownership.

Contacted the client by phone call and instructed her to request these concerns from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Regional Office which has jurisdiction over where the property is located.
