Dear Marilyn Macario,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 12, 2021 01:23:26 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Certified Technical Descriptions of Land.

Response to Request

Please request from the Registry of Deeds a certified true copy (CTC) of the title you mentioned. On the face of the CTC is the technical description (TD) of the title. Then look for the plan from the TD. If the plan includes (LRA) or (LRC) PSD No. 1234, for example... You can request the TD from the LRA Central Office. Otherwise, please proceed to the Bureau of Lands or DENR and request for the TD from them.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,

LRA CENTRAL - MAIN
FOI Receiving Officer
