Response to Request

If you know the title number of that homestead patent, you may proceed to the Registry of Deeds which has jurisdiction over the parcel of land of that homestead/title number. You may ask for their assistance regarding your concerns on that homestead. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
