Hello,

I would just like to follow up on the status of the new title for TCT No. T-935996. The property is located at Phase 7 Carissa Homes, Brgy Bagtas Tanza, Cavite.  Is there any way to expedite the process, we've been following up with Banko Sentral about it for months but they said that the Registry of Deeds Cavite has yet to send them the new title.
