I would like to request copy of sepia plan for LRA approved plan PSD-E2021012892 including worded technical description of the said documents and other related papers. This will be for the purpose of sub-dividing these lots into smaller lots. 

Hoe your could make any response an action for my request.

Your concern can only be requested by walk-in or in person at LRA One-Stop-Shop window 15 located at Land Registration Authority, East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. For the requirements, kindly contact the Subdivision Consolidation Division at 0919-455-6363 and 0995-024-5979. Thank you.

Your right to request a review
