This is Engr. Michael Guanco. I am writing to ask for your assistance to verify the registered owner/s of Lot 3184-E , Cauayan Cadastre, Brgy. Elihan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental. This is to settle the disputes between my client, Mr. Eliseo Parreño (owner of the adjacent lot 3184-B), and someone from a private entity.
