Hi! Is there any way we can find or look for a land registered under Patricio N. Tumaliwan (mother's father) in Tuguegarao City? As per my mother's request. 

We are currently residing in Metro Manila and it is impossible for us at the moment to visit Tuguegarao ourselves.

My mother would like to request a copy of the land title deed and TCT. Thank you.

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be
requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds
(anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration
Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman,
Quezon City
Please provide the following details:
1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot,
name, or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry
out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public
Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response
and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received
this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar
days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to
appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
