You may ask the owner of the property if the same has given the seller an authority or you may proceed to the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) if the company has acquired permit for selling of properties.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
