I would like to ask assistance in my request for a CTC of cancelled title of TCT No. 347031 in the name of Angelia M. Celestino. I have made my request since July, 2022 from your Trece Martires City office. They were not able to provide the document to date in spite of several request I've made. They told me to wait since they are searching it. The following are information re my request:

Present Title: TCT No. 1354132  in the name of BALIKATAN PROPERTY HOLDINGS INC. from  TCT No. 347031- former owner: Celestino, M. Angelia
