Good evening, sir/ma'am! 

I am Diorson Maxino Baseleres, age 27. I am enrolled in the Juris Doctor program of Silliman University, and as part of the curriculum, we are required to come up with a thesis during our junior year. In line with this requirement, I am currently gathering data on the percentage of unregistered lands here in the Philippines. I would like to ask if how much of all the lands in the Philippines have yet to be registered?
