My family and i have been trying to request for a Certified True Copy of TCT No.  T-212803 for several years already.  For the year 2020 alone, we have visited the ROD office here in Davao and still get the same answer that they cannot furnish us with our request.

Thanks to our dear President Duterte, we have this platform to bring our frustrations to a SOLUTION.

Since your office holds the master list of all properties here in the Philippines, I am confident that you will be able to furnish us with a Certified True Copy of our title.
