Good day!

I would like to request to your good office for a certified original copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale and Declaration of Real Property with Tax Declaration No. 011-0757 of a land property situated in Patrocinio, San Narciso, Zambales with Original Certificate of Title No. 4730, Lot No. 2687 of the Cadastral Survey of San Narciso, Zambales.

The original copies were totally damaged by the termites and are no longer presentable for land transfer.

You asked for DECLARATION OF REAL PROPERTY and DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE.

Response to Request

For Tax Declaration concerns, it can be done by requesting it from the Assessor's Office where the property is located.

For the copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale, kindly visit the Register of Deeds if they still have a copy of it.

If you wish to have a copy of the title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
