You asked for Certified true copy of title.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Assessor's Office of the Municipality of City where property is located, then request for a certified true copy of a Tax Declaration under your name or, if you are not the owner of the title, under the name of last person paying the local taxes. On the face of the Tax Declaration, you can see the title number of your property or his/her property.
