Gusto ko lang pong mag-request ng Approved Survey Plan (Blueprint) ng lupang sakahan namin sa ConcepcionTarlac. Kami po ay lumapit sa DENR at ang sagot po sa akin ay kailangan po itong i-request sa Land Registration Authority. Maari pong magtanong kung paano nito makakarequest at ang mga requirements nito. Dahil po meron lang po kaming Dokumento ay Certificate of Land Transfer na katunayan na ito ay ibinibigay sa aking Lolo. Maraming salamat po.

Response to Request

If your plan number has LRA/LRC code, it can be requested by walk-in or in person only at windows 7 and 8 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. In case you can't request it in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
