Hello! I would like to inquire on the status of COD ID 1600000091424. Property is located in Palma Real, Binan, Laguna under Sta. Lucia.

It has been more than 2 years since fully paid the property and until now no progress on the title. I was advised by Sta. Lucia that it is pending to LRA. Hope you can provide the TRUE status and what to do next. Thank you.
