Hi I would like to request the following information.

1.) Laws related to road lots (TCT identified as road lot) of a subdivided lot converted to a private lot.

2.) Procedure for converting a road lot of a subdivided lot into a private lot (to exclude the use of other lot owners of the subdivided lot).

3) Number of road lots successfully converted to private lot.
