Response to Request

Your concern can be done by requesting a copy of the latest tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there are no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request for the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

For Certified True Copy concerns, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
