Response to Request

You may coordinate with the Assessors Office in the Municipal Hall where the property is located and request for a copy of your Tax Declaration. 

If you already have a copy of your tax declaration kindly check if the title number is included in your Tax Dec. If yes, you may request a Certified True Copy of the title at any Registry of Deeds near you. Kindly bring a copy of your tax declaration.

In the instance that the title number is not included in the Tax Declaration, you may proceed at Land Registration Authority - Central Office One-Stop-Shop window 11 and request for a Lot Status Certification.
