Please proceed to the Registry of Deeds concerned and request all the details you mentioned in your query. They require payment of fees. 

Also, if you are not the owner of the title, please ask for an SPA or authorization from the registered owner for the Registry of Deeds to  process your concerns/transactions.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
