You asked for a CERTIFIED TRUE XEROX COPY OF TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF TITLE.

Response to Request

For this concern, it depends on where the plan was approved. If your plan was approved by LRC/LRA, kindly request a copy at window 14, LRA One-Stop-Shop.

If no LRC/LRA code, kindly request a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
