I'm Mary Joyce Pojas from Baguio City. I am a buyer of a condominium unit in Camp 7, Baguio City with a property name, Eleve Homes Baguio under the development of First Georgetown Ventures Inc. 

May I request a copy of Master Deeds with Declaration of Restrictions. In addtion to this, if it is possible, may I request also a copy of License to sell and Certificate of Registration of the said property.
