Hi. I would like to request for the land records of the property I acquired from HDMF. These shall be used for the relocation survey of the said property.

I sent an FOI request to DENR-EMB. The response given was my request was forwarded to LRA due to jurisdiction.

Response to Request

For Survey Plan concerns, it can be requested by walk-in or in person only at windows 7 and 8 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. In case you can't request it in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

For Lot Data Computation and Description concerns, kindly request it at LRA-OSS window 14

In case you need to secure a copy of the title, you may request it online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property



Your right to request a review
