Hi! Would like to request for the legitimacy of ownership of land situated in the Municipal of Las Piñas City, Lot 17 Block 9 of the subdivision Plan  (LRC) Psd-48042, being a portion of Lot 2, described on Psu166093-Amd., LRC record No. N-21300, situated in Barrio of Mulawin, Mun of Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. 
The claimnant to be the owner is Renato Diaz Enriquez.

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
