While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact  the Bureau of Lands of Tarlac Province and request for a certified true copy of the PSU plan you mentioned from that office. Tha plan will show you what you needed to know.
