Palma 12:05 PM, Feb 19, 2022

Hi! I would like to request a record of Deed of Sale for the Transfer of Land Title, we only possess the Transfer Certificate of Title with the No. 237433-R, which was officially registered on September 25, 1986, there was no Deed of Sale attached.

The record will be used for legal purposes and will clarify if the land was legally purchased.

The land is located at the Province of Pampanga.

Hoping for your immediate response,

Thank you!
