Response to Request

Do you have a hardcopy of the deed of sale of your concern?

If yes, please proceed to the Registry of Deeds which has jurisdiction over the property covered by title.

If no, please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the City or Municipality which has jurisdiction over that parcel of land and request for a certified true copy of that deed of sale. OR, proceed to the National Archive and request for a certified true copy of that deed of sale by providing some details to said office.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,

LRA CENTRAL - MAIN
