VICENTE CASTRO name of owner
Pagal, San Carlos City, Pangasinan
He is my greatgrandfather
There is a promo of BIR until end of this year to Free for ESTATE TAX,  we want to grab it..for VICENTE CASTRO WAS DIED MORE THAN 50YRS AGO

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 09, 2020 12:10:56 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Lost of TCT or OCT of Vicente Castro.

Response to Request

You may do the following actions, thus:

1. If the Registry Copy of the title is missing, you get a lawyer and the lawyer will file a case in a proper venue for judicial reconstitution of title;

2. If the Registry Copy is still intact with the Registry of Deeds, but the owner's duplicate copy is missing, you have to file to the Registry of Deeds an Affidavit of Loss. Then, get a lawyer to file a Petition for the Issuance of Second Owner's Duplicate Copy of the Title in a proper venue.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
