Response to Request

If you want to verify the original owner of the Original Certificate of title, you may coordinate with the Registry of Deeds where the property is located and you may request for a title traceback. 

You may also secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
