I would to request for the Technical Description of the following lots:

a). Lot 195-B-1-C-2-B-1 LRC PSD-108958 (254 sqmts located at Toril Davao City)

b). Lot 186-B-2-B-5 LRC PSD -94434 (601sqmts located at Toril Davao City).

Your concern can be requested at LRA One-Stop-Shop window 14 by walk-in or you may ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

You need to provide a copy of the Approved Plan which can be requested at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8 (if for reference purposes only).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
