You asked for Request: (LRC) Pcs-557 and related documents e.g. Survey Envelope, Cadastral Map, Lot Data Comp. etc.

Response to Request

Regarding your concern with (LRC) Pcs-557, you can only request this by walk-in or in person at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. In case you can't, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary). 

For the Lot Data Computation and Survey Envelope, depends on where the plan was approved but since your plan was approved by LRC/LRA, kindly request a copy at window 14, LRA One-Stop-Shop.

For Cadastral Map concerns, kindly request a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
