Good day,

I would like to seek your help about the long delay in processing the “Annotation” of land title in Registry of Deeds Lingayen, Pangasinan.

I submitted all necessary documents last November 16, 2023. Upon personally following up from time to time and checking online, the status of my request is still “Hold for Ongoing Transactions.”
