Hi magandang araw this is Ralph Hernandez. Nais ko po sana malaman ung EPEB no. Ng residential land ng Grand Father ko na si Sixto Hernadez taga Guimba Nueva Ecija po kami. gusto ko lng po sana makita sa online kung si Sixto Hernandez pa ang nkaregister na may ari ng lupa. Napalitan po kasi ngayon ung pangalan sa EP. Pinapaalis po kmi ng taong naipalit sa title. Namana po ng father ko yun sa grand father ko na si Sixto.

Provide the following details in order to get a certified true copy

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case that there is no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request for the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
