Dear Sir;

Good day.
Thank you for your response dd Mar 6, 2023 on my Sep 23, 2022 request of Original Certificate of Title owned by my great grandfather Mateo Malbas & Agapita Margallo-Malbas with property location at Cambahanon, Alangalang Leyte.

How do I get a copy of the OCT number just by providing the owners' name - as I do not know its OCT Number.

This request is for the purpose of catching the Estate Tax Amnesty which will expire this Jun 14, 2023.
