I would like to request Certified True Copies of OCT No. 7066/A-31 (Eulogio Rodriguez) , TCT No. 11662/T-332 (E. Rodriguez Inc.) & TCT No. 62509/T-589 (E. Rodriguez Inc.): including folder/karpeta documents of the above mentioned titles e.g. the surrendered Owner's Duplicate Copies, Instruments as basis for the transferred titles, Survey Plans, Tax Declarations and Corporate Documents at the Pasig City Register of Deeds (or still at the Province of Rizal Register of Deeds).

Response to Request

Your concern can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Regarding the necessary attachments, kindly request this at the Register of Deeds where the property is located (traceback request).

Your right to request a review
