Hi! I would like to know the process and requirements for registering a deed of donation to the registry of deeds.
The deed of donation was executed by an Incorporated company to a Government own agency, but first the land subject for donation was first executed by a contract of sale with a right to repurchase by the original owner to the Incorporated company, but because of failure to repurchase the land, the incorporated company make a deed of donation to the Government.
