Response to Request
Your concern can only be requested by walk-in or in person at windows 7 and 8, LRA One-Stop Shop of the Land Registration Authority located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. If you can't visit us in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).
NOTE: Verified this plan number at LRA-OSS Window 8 and the concerned plan number is not yet available in their database but you can request this to be uploaded in 5 working days.
You may contact directly the office concerned for this kind of transaction, Subdivision and Consolidation Division at 0995-024-5979.
Your right to request a review
