You asked for Approved Subdivision Plan.

Response to Request

Please request for a certified true copy of the title you mentioned from the Registry of Deeds of Cavite Province. On the face of it is a technical description where you can find the subdivision plan. If the plan includes (LRA) or (LRC) PSD No. 1234.... You can request the subdivision plan from the LRA Central Office at the One-Stop Shop located at the Lower Ground floor of the LRA Building. Otherwise, please request the same from the Bureau of Lands or DENR.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
