I would like to request for information regarding:

1. How to invalidate the affidavit of loss that was executed on a land title that still exist?

2. How can i prevent any transaction on a land title that is intrusted under my care?

Kindly coordinate with the Register of Deeds where the property is located regarding this concern as they are the ones who have jurisdiction over this kind of transaction.
